S.L.O.B.™ Art

S.L.O.B.™ doesn't really have a logo. I leave it up to the artist to reinvent the image of S.L.O.B.™. I never wanted to restrict the artist to my ideas of what S.L.O.B.should look like. When I was a teacher, I used go on and on about the importance of reading and how the same book read by just five people, could be pictured at least five different ways. The images and words are interpreted through the imagination of the reader. The richer the imagination of the reader the richer the images brought forward by the written word. We have all experienced this. You read a book and the movie comes out and the main character doesn't look anything like you imagined him too. I want the artist to interpret the image. With each new artist a new interpretation of S.L.O.B.™ comes out.

Being a Supporter of Locally Owned Businesses is socially responsible. It's a life style. It's rooting for the little guy.  Supporters of locally owned businesses enjoy people and community. They enjoy that familiar feel, comfortable surroundings, and the hum of positive activity. They like being a regular. The whole "everyone knows your name" theme. They also enjoy specialized services, that knowing how you like your coffee or your food, or the way you like your bag packed. Slobs live a better quality of life just by the life style of being a slob. They have invested in relationships and live happier lives because of it.

Now that you have an idea of what a slob is, WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE IMAGE FOR S.L.O.B.™?

(Remember your image will go on merchandise like shirts, canvas bags, maybe a hat, posters, stickers, the web etc...)

Before creating Bunny Kitty, Persue has been working in the action sports industry for over 17 years. He is a skilled graphic designer, illustrator, aerosol artist, and footwear designer.

While working on any inspired work of art there comes a moment of "no return" where the artist is left on the very edge of either finding or losing the painting.
