Mmmmm Beer...
OK, San Diego is quickly becoming the Microbrew capital of the West Coast and I like beer, nay I am beer. I am a self proclaimed beer connoisseur, and am going to take it upon myself to tell you all about the latest and greatest happenings, brews and bars that San Diego's got to offer.
Food is a topic for which I am passionate, Love food , love life. Meet someone that eats food for sustenance alone and they are missing a critical component for enjoying life, or they are Dutch. In my little brain, restaurants come in two varieties, good and bad.
I just wanted to mention to all those out there listening, S.L.O.B.™ is not an anti big thing...
Phase one launch went off without a hitch.. in concert with Grant's Marketplace's 7 year anniversary, the festivities were outstanding. The music, the Tail Draggeres, were great. Excellent musicianship and fun lyrics. The vegan soup was delicious, the pumpkin sale provided by Suzie's farm, a new venture partnering up with Grant's to sell local farm fresh and organic goods, was a hit with the kids. My wife, along with a friend/neighbor, talked the night away with participants lamenting over what makes a root beer truly great.
